dc.description.abstract	Apesar da existência de leis que visam proteger com prioridade absoluta os direitos, integridade e o pleno desenvolvimento das crianças, esta Dissertação estudou como as crianças estão expostas a contexto de violência doméstica contra a mulher. O foco analítico foi o momento atual e a técnica de coleta e análise das informações foram baseadas na abordagem qualitativa utilizando a pesquisa documental exploratória. Fez uso dos conceitos de violência doméstica contra a mulher e violência contra a criança pelas intercessões teóricas de Sani, Sani e Cunha, Cunha e Borges, Azevedo e Guerra, D’Affonseca e Williams, dentre outros. Os resultados da pesquisa mostraram que na violência doméstica, as mulheres continuam as grandes vítimas, porém nem os dispositivos legais, nem as ações dos profissionais do Judiciário e da Segurança Pública focam na exposição da criança a esses contextos de violência. Tais resultados salientam a necessidade dos profissionais do Judiciário e da Segurança Pública de buscarem soluções, respaldadas nas orientações do Marco Legal da Primeira Infância, que possam promover um desenvolvimento saudável da primeira infância.	pt_BR

dc.description.resumo	Despite the existence of laws that aim to protect the rights, integrity and full development of children with absolute priority, this Dissertation studied how children are exposed to the context of domestic violence against women. The analytical focus was the current moment and the technique of collecting and analyzing information was based on the qualitative approach using exploratory documentary research. He made use of the concepts of domestic violence against women and violence against children through the theoretical intercessions of Sani, Sani and Cunha, Cunha and Borges, Azevedo and Guerra, D’Affonseca and Williams, among others. The survey results showed that in domestic violence, women remain the main victims, but neither the legal provisions nor the actions of the judiciary and public security professionals focus on exposing the child to these contexts of violence. These results highlight the need for professionals in the Judiciary and Public Security to seek solutions, supported by the guidelines of the Legal Framework for Early Childhood, that can promote healthy early childhood development.	pt_BR
