dc.description.abstract	O presente trabalho teve por objetivo compreender quais são e como foram aprendidos os valores morais de professores que trabalham em uma escola inserida no contexto da UNIS e investigar quais e de que forma esses valores são ensinados aos alunos em cumprimento de medidas socioeducativas. Para isso, esse estudo tomou como base o pressuposto de que a moralidade é desenvolvida e construída por meio dos processos de socialização dos indivíduos. Como instrumento de pesquisa foram feitas entrevistas individuais, por meio de um roteiro de questões semiestruturadas, utilizando, como base, o Método Clínico Piagetiano. A amostra compôs-se de 10 professores que trabalham numa escola inserida no contexto da UNIS de Cariacica/ES. Percebemos que, quando perguntados sobre o que entendem por valores, a maioria deu respostas semelhantes, porém, quando o questionamento foi sobre o que entendem acerca de educação moral, ou educação em valores morais, as respostas foram bem mais divergentes. Como resultado tivemos que, dentre esses 10 docentes, apenas 2 já participaram de alguma experiência de educação em valores morais e que tais experiências foram bem diferentes uma da outra. Após a finalização das entrevistas, constatamos que existe uma grande ligação entre os valores que tais professores aprenderam e os valores que transmitem aos internos, ou seja, no geral, eles ensinam aos adolescentes os mesmos valores que aprenderam. Desse modo, a maioria dos docentes aprendeu o valor do respeito durante o seu tempo escolar, e a grande parte deles prioriza o ensinamento deste valor aos adolescentes internos.	pt_BR

dc.description.resumo	The present paperwork‟s objective was to understand what are and how were learned the teacher‟s moral values who work in a school inserted into UNIS context and investigate which and how those values are taught to the students in compliance with socio-educational measures. As such, this study is based on the assumption that morality is developed and built by means of one‟s individual process of socialization. As research‟s instrument, individual interviews were made by a script of semi structured questions, using, as basis, on the Piagetian Clinical Method. The sample was composed of 10 teachers who work in a school inserted into UNIS context in Cariacica/ES. We realize that, when asked about what they understood by values, most gave similar answers, however, when questioned was about moral education, or education on moral values, answers were way more divergent. As a result, we had that, between 10 faculties, only 2 participated in some experience in education on moral values and such experiences were quite different from one another. After ending the interviews, we verified that there is a big connection between the values that said teachers learned and the values in which they teach to the inmates. In other words, they teach the students based on what they previously learned themselves. That said, most of the teachers learned the value of respect during their time in school and the majority of them prioritize the teaching of this value to the inmates.	pt_BR
