dc.description.abstract	A pesquisa propõe investigar e refletir sobre a sociedade patriarcal como fenômeno sociopolítico, sistema de domínio e poder estruturante, sua relação com as violências contra a mulher, mormente a violência doméstica e familiar, tendo como principal referencial teórico da pensadora política Hanna Arendt em sua obra Eichmann e Jerusalém: Um relato sobre o mal, escrita após a julgamento do nazista Adolf Eichmann, onde realiza reflexões sobre o mal, sua conexão com a faculdade de pensar e julgar, retomando as atividades do espírito, reinterpreta afastando-se da ortodoxia de textos de Kant, as atividades do pensar e do julgar, registrando que o pensamento é a busca de significados e sua finalidade é a constituição do diálogo consigo mesmo e, o juízo como função política que permite aos cidadãos a distinguir o certo e o errado. Para além disso, a partir do termo a banalidade do mal, cunhado por ela ineditamente nessa obra para responder àquestão problema: A uma, se as violências contra a mulher, mormente, a doméstica e familiar, apresenta relação com a ordem política do patriarcado; a duas, se os autores de violências, agem de forma irreflexiva, sem conexão com as faculdades de pensar e julgar; a três, esses comportamentos se subsumem ao conceito da banalidade do mal? Através de pesquisa empírica e qualitativa, análise do materialismo histórico e dialético e, revisão sistemática bibliográfica, junto a base de dados Plataforma Sucupira Capes. Análise de Procedimentos Técnicos Utilizados, pesquisa bibliográfica, com ênfase em Hannah Arendt Pierre Bourdieu. Através do método dedutivo será realizado o levantamento de dados (primário e secundário), quanto a técnicas de coletas de dados com entrevistas semiestruturada, com as Equipes Interdisciplinares. O tratamento dos dados será por meio de técnica de análise de conteúdo, especificamente, a Categórica proposta por BARDIN e análise de documentos e estudo de casos concretos em Inquéritos Policiais de condutas tipificadas no artigo 129, parágrafo 9º, os quais já haviam sido interrogados os indiciados e ouvidas as vítimas, com respectivos laudos de exame de corpo de delito, em tramitação junto ao Delegacia Especializada da Mulher em Vitória, DEAM.	pt_BR

dc.description.resumo	The research proposes to investigate and reflect on patriarchal society as a sociopolitical phenomenon, a system of domination and structuring power, its relationship with violence against women, especially domestic and family violence, having as main theoretical reference the political thinker Hanna Arendt in her work Eichmann and Jerusalem: A report on evil, written after the trial of the Nazi Adolf Eichmann, where he reflects on evil, its connection with the faculty of thinking and judging, resuming the activities of the spirit, reinterprets moving away from the orthodoxy of Kant`s texts, the activities of thinking and judging, noting that thought is the search for meanings and its purpose is the constitution of dialogue with itself and judgment as a political function that allows citizens to distinguish right and wrong. Furthermore, from the term the banality of evil, coined by her for the first time in this work to answer the problem question: First, if violence against women, especially domestic and family violence, is related to the political order of patriarchy; two, if the perpetrators of violence act in an unreflective way, without connection with the faculties of thinking and judging; three, are these behaviors subsumed under the concept of the banality of evil? Through empirical and qualitative research, analysis of historical and dialectical materialism and a systematic literature review, together with the database Plataforma Sucupira Capes. Analysis of Technical Procedures Used, bibliographic research, with emphasis on Hannah Arendt Pierre Bourdieu. Through the deductive method, data collection (primary and secondary) will be carried out, regarding data collection techniques with semi-structured interviews, with the Interdisciplinary Teams. Data treatment will be through content analysis technique, specifically, the Categorical proposed by BARDIN and analysis of documents and study of concrete cases in Police Investigations of conduct typified in article 129, paragraph 9, which had already been questioned by the the victims were indicted and heard, with therespective forensic examination reports, in progress at the Specialized Women's Police Station in Vitória, DEAM.	pt_BR
