dc.description.abstractA violência obstétrica pode ser definida com base em um tratamento desrespeitoso, abusos físicos e verbais, e procedimentos sem consentimento durante o parto. O objetivo do estudo é compreender a assistência do enfermeiro perante casos de violência obstétrica, identificar a conduta do enfermeiro perante a violência obstétrica e pontuar medidas de humanização do enfermeiro durante o parto, visando a prevenção da violência obstétrica. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa, realizada em bases como BIREME, PubMed, Science Direct, LILACS e SciELO, foram selecionando publicados nos idiomas inglês, espanhol e português, com recorte temporal 2019 a 2023. Os descritores utilizados estão descritos no Descritores em Ciências da Saúde, foram os seguintes: violência contra a mulher, Gravidez, Enfermagem e Violência Contra a Mulher. Os resultados mostram que a assistência de enfermagem é essencial para oferecer um atendimento seguro e humanizado às mulheres durante o pré-parto, parto e pós-parto. O enfermeiro obstetra promove práticas humanizadas, oferece apoio emocional e em caso de identificação de violência obstétrica realiza intervenção imediatas. Os direitos das gestantes, devem ser abordados junto a equipe, por meio da educação e sensibilização de todos os profissionais de saúde. Conclui se que é imperativo que as instituições adotem políticas que aumentem a sensibilização dos enfermeiros, integrando a prevenção da violência obstétrica nas diretrizes de atenção à saúde materno-infantil.pt_BR

dc.description.resumoObstetric violence can be defined based on disrespectful treatment, physical and verbal abuse, and procedures without consent during childbirth. The objective of the study is to understand nurses' assistance in cases of obstetric violence, describe nurses' conduct in the face of obstetric violence and point out measures to humanize nurses during childbirth, changes in the prevention of obstetric violence. This is an integrative review, carried out in databases such as BIREME, PubMed, Science Direct, LILACS and SciELO, selecting publications in English, Spanish and Portuguese, with a time frame from 2019 to 2023. The descriptors used are described in Descriptors in Sciences of Health, were the following: violence against women, Pregnancy, Nursing and Violence Against Women. The results show that nursing care is essential to offer safe and humanized care to women during prepartum, childbirth and postpartum. The obstetric nurse promotes humanized practices, offers emotional support and, if obstetric violence is identified, performs immediate interventions. The rights of pregnant women must be addressed together with the team, through education and awareness among all health professionals. It is concluded that it is imperative that institutions adopt policies that increase nurses' awareness, integrating the prevention of obstetric violence into maternal and child health care guidelines.pt_BR
