dc.description.abstract	Esta dissertação analisa a atuação do Centro de Referência de Atendimento à Mulher em Situação de Violência de Vila Velha (CRAMVIVE) no apoio às mesmas. O trabalho também investiga se houve o rompimento, a modificação e/ou o isolamento da relação violenta sofrida pelas mulheres assistidas, considerando a motivação de buscarem atendimento no CRAMVIVE. Inclusive, avalia a importância da política pública das mulheres, quando bem estruturada, e como pode contribuir para a mulher superar uma situação de violência doméstica. Metodologicamente, o trabalho foi realizado através de revisão bibliográfica e na análise das entrevistas semiestruturadas. Entrevistou-se nove mulheres que aceitaram participar, dentre as cem fichas cadastradas na unidade no ano de 2010, e que tiveram disponibilidade de participar da entrevista. Avalia-se que o CRAMVIVE conseguiu desenvolver o seu papel com eficácia já que de nove mulheres entrevistadas oito conseguiram sair da situação de violência, como também analisamos que através dos acompanhamentos e do grupo de mulheres elas se descobriram e conseguiram aprender a se respeitar e melhorar a sua autoestima. Neste sentido o CRAMVIVE tem demonstrado ser um serviço importante na construção do empoderamento destas mulheres que estavam numa situação de violência doméstica, conseguindo recuperar a sua dignidade e exercendo sua cidadania.	pt_BR

dc.description.resumo	This dissertation analyzes the performance of Reference Center for Assistance to Women in Situation of Domestic and Family violence in Vila Velha (CRAMVIVE) in support of the same. This research also investigates whether there has been disruption, modification, and or isolation of the violent relationship suffered by the monitored women considering the motivation to seek care in CRAMVIVE. Including, assessing the importance of women`s public policy, when well structured, and how women can overcome a situation of domestic violence. Methodologically, the research was carried out through bibliographic review and the analysis of semi-structured interviews .Nine women were interviewed who agreed to participate, among one hundred registered on files in the unit in 2010, and who were willing to participate in the interview. Its evaluation is that CRAMVIVE has been able to develop its role effectively as eight of the nine interviewed women managed to leave the situation of violence, as also analyzed through monitoring and coexistence of the esteem group of women, they discovered and managed to learn to respect and improve their self-esteem. In this sense CRAMVIVE has shown itself to be an important service in the construction of the empowerment of these women who were in a situation of domestic violence, being able to recover their dignity and exercise their citizenship.	pt_BR
