dc.description.abstract	Este estudo é do tipo quantitativo e descritivo e objetivou mapear os grupos de pesquisa do Brasil cadastrados no Diretório de Grupos de Pesquisa na Plataforma Lattes do Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico – CNPq que abordam questões relacionadas a adolescentes a quem se atribui a prática de ato infracional, para isto foi realizada uma pesquisa tendo como recorte no link de busca os descritores: “medida socioeducativa”, “adolescente em conflito com a lei”, “ato infracional” e “socioeducação”. Após identificar os grupos que tratam do tema em questão, foram investigadas informações referentes à produção científica dos líderes destes grupos através de levantamento nos seus respectivos Currículos Lattes no quadriênio 2012-2015. Também foi realizada uma investigação no banco de dados Periódicos Qualis da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior – Capes para verificar a classificação dos periódicos em que foi publicada a produção acadêmica ora pesquisada, de acordo com as áreas de conhecimento declaradas pelos respectivos Grupos de Pesquisa. Por fim foram analisados os títulos de todas as publicações para verificar se os autores utilizavam terminologias que indicam uma trajetória infracional do adolescente. Os dados do estudo apontam a existência de 27 grupos certificados por suas instituições, em sua maioria universidades públicas, concentram-se principalmente nas regiões Sudeste e Sul e foram criados a partir do ano de 2008. Estes grupos possuem 42 lideranças distintas, que juntos tiveram um total de 640 publicações no quadriênio pesquisado; destas, 123 relacionadas a adolescentes em conflito com a lei, sendo: 78 em livros e 45 em periódicos. Verificou-se que 20 publicações foram realizadas em periódicos classificados como B4 no sistema Periódicos Qualis. Constatou-se também que vários grupos não atualizados no Diretório tiveram líderes que publicaram algo referente à área pesquisada. Ao analisar os títulos das publicações verificou-se que apenas um autor utilizou o termo “jovem infrator” para identificar um de seus escritos, indicando que os autores tendem a não utilizar terminologias que sugere uma trajetória infracional do adolescente. Destacamos que estas são as primeiras aproximações sobre os grupos de pesquisa que estuda esta temática e não temos a intenção de identificar o “estado da arte e do conhecimento” destes grupos.	pt_BR

dc.description.resumo	This is a quantitative, descriptive study and aimed to map the research groups in Brazil registered in the Research Group Directory in the Lattes Platform of the National Scientific and Technological Development Council - CNPq that addresses issues related to teenagers who are credited to practice infraction acts, for this, a research was made having as cut the search link of descriptors: " educational correctional measures," "adolescents in conflict with the law", "act of infraction" and "socio-educational". After identifying the groups dealing with the issue in question, were investigated information regarding the scientific production of the leaders of these groups through a survey in their respective Lattes curriculums in the quadrennium 2012-2015. It was also carried out an investigation in the database Qualis Periodicals of Higher Education Staff Improvement Coordination - Capes to verify the classification of the journals in which it was published the academic production researched, according to the knowledge areas declared by the respective Groups Search. Finally, the titles of all publications were analyzed to verify if the authors used terminologies that indicate an adolescent infraction trajectory. The study data indicates the existence of 27 groups certified by their institutions, mostly public universities, are mainly concentrated in the Southeast and South and were created in 2008. These groups have 42 different leaders, who together had a total of 640 publications on the researched quadrennium; Among those, 123 related to adolescents in conflict with the law, and: 78 books and 45 periodicals. It was found that 20 articles were made in periodics classified as B4 in Qualis system. It was also found that several groups, not updated in the Directory, had leaders who have published something related to the searched area. By analyzing the titles of publications it has found that only one author used the term "young offender" to identify one of his writings, indicating that the authors tend not to use terminology that suggests an infraction adolescent trajectory. We emphasize that these are the first approximations of the research groups that study this subject and we do not intend to identify the "state of the art and knowledge" of these groups.	pt_BR
