dc.description.abstractEsta dissertação tenta compreender o paradoxo entre as políticas educacionais de inclusão e as práticas escolares com o sujeito a ser incluído. Para tanto partimos especificamente da análise das políticas públicas de inclusão e ações que poderiam mitigar essa exclusão. Procurando identificar junto à comunidade escolar suas percepções e concepções acerca da inclusão, tendo como base suas percepções sobre as ações que poderiam diminuir ou não essa exclusão no contexto escolar. A conquista legal do acesso à educação introduziu nas escolas grupos muitas vezes à margem da Sociedade. O ambiente escolar, frequentemente excludente em suas práticas, teve de receber legalmente grupos anteriormente excluídos.pt_BR

dc.description.resumoThis dissertation tries to understand the paradox between inclusive educational policies and school practice with the subject to be included. To do so, we departed specifically from the analysis of public inclusion-policies and actions that could mitigate that exclusion. Seeking to identify amongst the school community their realizations and conceptions about inclusion, based on their views around actions that could decrease or not that exclusion within school context. The legal achievement of general education access has brought into the schools outsiders groups. School facilities with often excluding practices had to welcome formerly excluded groups.pt_BR
