dc.description.abstract	Esta pesquisa de mestrado busca compreender as percepções dos jovens acerca do cumprimento da medida socioeducativa em meio aberto chamada de liberdade assistida, dirigida ao jovem em conflito com a lei. A análise se fundamentou em uma observação participante e no trabalho de campo. Utilizou-se de entrevistas semiestruturadas com os jovens, gravadas no Centro de Referência Especializada da Assistência Social - CREAS do município de Vila Velha durante os meses de fevereiro a outubro do ano de 2015. A pesquisa aponta para o fato da medida de liberdade assistida oferecer ao jovem o convívio familiar e na comunidade em que vive. A ele é dada uma suposta oportunidade de reparar o feito através de sua participação social. O cumprimento da medida possibilita a realização de suas habilidades, de suas vontades, de seus desejos, as suas relações sociais e a forma que esse caminho vem sendo construído. Isto é, como o acompanhamento socioeducativo de liberdade assistida atua para atingir seus objetivos, sendo estes: orientar, acompanhar e auxiliar o jovem no sentido da ressocialização e inclusão social. Dessa forma, este trabalho levanta questões sobre o caráter pedagógico e sancionatório da medida e sobre como os jovens se percebem nesse processo. Para tanto, analisam-se as estruturas objetivas sociojurídicas do sistema punitivo infanto-juvenil brasileiro concretizada mediante a aplicação de medidas socioeducativas, bem como suas formas seletivas, subjetivas e sociais.	pt_BR

dc.description.resumo	This masters’ dissertation seeks to comprehend the perception of youngsters about the fulfilling of the social and educational measures amid open of assisted liberty, driven towards the youngster in conflict with the law. The analysis has its basis in an participant observation and on the field work. It was utilized interviews with the youngsters, recorded during the period from February until October of 2015, in the CREAS at the city of Vila Velha. The research sticks to the fact that the assisted liberty measure offers the youngster the chance to be in his family environment. To him, it is given the opportunity to repair what he did through social participation. The fulfilling of the measure allows the realization of his abilities, his wills, and his wishes, as well as allows the formation of social relations and the way this path has been built. That is, as the social and educational following of the assisted liberty acts to reach its objectives, which are: orienting, accompanying, and helping the youngster to re-socialize and be socially inserted. This way, the present work rises questions over the pedagogical and the sanctional feature of the measure and of how the youngsters see themselves in this process. With that intent, the social and legal objectives structures of the Brazilian children and youth punitive system that are achieved via the application of social and educational measures, as well as its, selective, subjective and social forms.	pt_BR
