dc.description.abstract	O presente trabalho visa investigar, estudar e tentar compreender o sindicalismo brasileiro, especificamente no Estado do Espírito Santo, Região Metropolitana da Grande Vitória, apresentando uma crítica, relacionada com o sistema sindical consolidado na CLT, a função de direção sindical, estritamente focando nas entidades sindicais que representam os interesses dos trabalhadores, sobretudo dentro da iniciativa privada e pública, a qual possui grande variedade de sindicatos, nos mais diversos setores, convergindo em atividades semelhantes, quando se fala na função de dirigente sindical. Um dos objetivos é analisar as principais formas de participação do trabalhador no sindicalismo, apresentando algumas formas possíveis da classe trabalhadora se inserir na instituição. Para esse fim, será pesquisado diversos aspectos inerentes a participação da classe trabalhadora do Estado do Espírito Santo no sindicalismo, especificamente estudando três grandes sindicatos da região metropolitana da Grande Vitória, sendo o SINDICOMERCIÁRIOS, SINTRACONST e SINDIUPES, dentro de uma análise empírica, bibliográfica e apresentação de casos concretos, considerando uma reflexão extraída do conjunto de elementos que ora se propõe investigar.	pt_BR

dc.description.resumo	The present work aims to investigate, study and try to understand the Brazilian labor movement, specifically in the state of Espírito Santo, Metropolitan Region of Vitória, presenting a critical, related consolidated union in CLT system, the role of union leadership, strictly focusing on entities union representing the interests of workers, particularly within the private and public initiative, which has wide variety of unions in various sectors, converging on similar activities, when speaking in the role of trade union leader. One goal is to analyze the main forms of worker participation in the labor movement, we present some possible ways of working class to enter the institution. To this end, several aspects of the participation of the working class of the state of Espírito Santo in unionism is searched, specifically studying three major unions in the metropolitan area of Greater Victoria, with the SINDICOMERCIÁRIOS, SINTRACONST and SINDIUPES within an empirical analysis, and bibliographic presentation of concrete cases, considering a reflection of the extracted set of elements that is now proposed to investigate.	pt_BR
