dc.description.abstract	No atual estágio da Modernidade, promover a inovação ou a cultura que lhe é subjacente (cultura da inovação) parece ter tornado algo natural, indistintamente: “Cultura” é uma palavra que nos remete ao passado das sociedades. As temáticas próprias à modernidade se multiplicam, tais como: Inovação, cultura, desenvolvimento, intervenção estatal, relação entre público e privado, ciência e tecnologia, diversidade cultural, democracia, liberdade, dentre outros; ao mesmo tempo essas temáticas mantém uma ligação fecunda com o novo, e, por extensão com o ato de inovar; Simultaneamente esta nova fase da modernidade: descolou a ideia de Estado do entendimento que se tinha de território, fazendo (re)surgir: novas territorialidades; a questão relativa ao problema da diversidade cultural nos territórios; e a questão relativa à aderência – ou não – da noção de cultura da inovação que se pretende promover às diferentes manifestações culturais próprias das novas territorialidades que emergem. Pretende-se com esta pesquisa: compreender o conceito de cultura da inovação, indagando acerca da importância da cultura da inovação no contexto da modernidade. Entender o problema ao sabor do contraste entre a cultura da inovação na modernidade atual e a diversidade cultural que desponta com a nova questão territorial que se coloca para o desenvolvimento do capitalismo. Propõe-se que os objetivos sejam alcançados através da investigação na obra de quatro autores a relação possível de ser estabelecida entre inovação e modernidade e o conteúdo da noção de cultura da inovação. Os autores são: Joseph Schumpeter (1883 -1950) David Harvey (1935-) Agnes Heller (1929-) Zigmunt Bauman (1925-). A dissertação se desenvolve em três capítulos em que se aprofunda o estudo da cultura da inovação, no primeiro capítulo, principalmente a partir da obra de Schumpeter - A teoria do desenvolvimento econômico (1982), passando ao escopo da inovação na teoria da modernidade em David Harvey e na condição política pós-moderna, de Agnes Heller, tomando-se as suas obras – Condição Pós-moderna e A Condição Política Pós-Moderna. No terceiro capítulo, verificamos se a noção de cultura da inovação inscrita como cultura na Modernidade Líquida, adere ao conceito formulado por Zygmunt Bauman nesta sua obra, diante do que nos colocamos a pergunta, teríamos todos nos transformados em meros prestadores de serviço ao capital?	pt_BR

dc.description.resumo	In the actual stage of modernity to prommote the innovation and the culture that is subsumed to it, appears to happen with any distinction: Culture is one word that is stribed in the past of the socyeties. The themes wich are properly related to modernity are multiplied: Innovation, culture, development, State Intervention, relation between the public sphere and the private sphere, Science and technology, cultural diversity, democracy, freedom, among others; While it happens, the new phase of modernity: diferentiate the idea of State and the notion of territory; these make the ressurgence of: new territorializations; the question related to the new territorialization in the territory; and the question of the adherence – or not – between the culture of innovation that is intendend to prommote and the cultural diversity manifested in the new territorializations that is emergent. The core aim of this research is given by the objective of the work as put it next: to verify what is the place of the culture of innovation, inquyring the importance of the culture of innovation in the contexte of modernity. Also, to understand in the form of this type of contrast between the culture of innovation in the actual modernity and the cultural diversity that is pointed at the center of the territorialization bringued by the economical transformations of the capitalist system. We propose that these objectives are going to be enhanced by the study of those four authors that could be taking in the work of each one the relation between the modernity notion of society and what innovation is at this contexto, as well the content of the culture of innovation. The authors considered are: Joseph Schumpeter (1883-1950); David Harvey (1935-); Agnes Heller (1929) and Zygmunt Bauman (1925). This work evolves in three chapters in which is intended to study the culture of innovation, in the first chapter, in terms of the work made by Joseph Schumpeter, The Theory of Capitalist Development, as we pass by it, to the scope of those concepts of innovation in the theory of modernity by David Harvey, and in the political Theory of Agnes Heller, taking theirs Works. In the third chapter, we treat to verify if the conceptualization of the culture of innovation, that is inscripted as culture in the contemporaneity is due to the concept of Liquidity Modernity, such as it is formulated by Zygmunt Bauman, when we formulate the question that: Do we all have to become merely serviced to the capital?	pt_BR
