dc.description.abstract	Esta dissertação baseia-se em uma pesquisa bibliográfica cujo objetivo é entender o movimento de saída e permanência de seminaristas salesianos em casas de formação desses religiosos. A pergunta que nos norteou como problema de pesquisa nos ajudou a nos aproximar das realidades desses indivíduos que percorreram caminhos diferentes. Deixar o seminário ou ser “convidado a se retirar” dele são apontamentos marcantes na vida desses atores e, certamente, no histórico institucional da Congregação Salesiana. Quanto ao seminarista que permanece, as entrevistas nos possibilitaram entender sua trajetória e o diálogo que estabeleceu com a instituição seminário na construção de sua biografia. Apoiados na metodologia sociológica que se aproxima, interage e evidencia os sujeitos e seus “problemas íntimos”, estabelecemos estreito contato com esses atores portadores de “pluralidades”.	pt_BR

dc.description.resumo	This dissertation is based on a bibliographic research whose aim is to understand the dynamics of withdrawal from and permanence of Salesian seminarians in the houses of formation of these ecclesiastics. The question that guided us as the research problem helped us approach the realities of these individuals who followed different paths. Leaving the seminary or being “invited to withdraw from it” are remarkable occurrences in the lives of these actors and certainly in the institutional history of the Salesian congregation. As for the seminarians who have stayed, the interviews have enabled us to understand their trajectories and the dialogue that they have established with the seminarian institution in the construction of their biographies. Supported by the sociological methodology that approaches, interacts with, and highlights the subjects and their “intimate problems”, we were able to establish close contact with these actors bearers of “pluralities”.	pt_BR
