Uma análise estrutural das guardas municipais da Grande Vitória no Estado do Espírito Santo

Abstract

The intention of this study is out an analysis of the Municipal Guard structures existing in Greater Vitória in the State of Espírito Santo. Also identify the main activities performed by these Guards, presenting their contribution to the Public Security System. In the search strategy, the CAPES Journal Portal, Academic Google and books were used as a bibliographic source. In the survey of information about the Guards, the databases of the Municipalities and the Transparency Portals of the State of Espírito Santo and of the Municipalities were consulted. With the intention of making the information more precise, documentary research was carried out directly with the bodies when thematic pertinence established in the specific legislation and in the guidelines or difficulties in obtaining accurate and current information were identified. This research came to bring a record and a contributory analysis to the evolution of these institutions as well as a possible reanalysis by the managers of the practices and strategies used.
