dc.description.abstractA pandemia da COVID-19, causada pelo SARS-CoV-2, trouxe desafios sem precedentes para o setor de saúde em todo o mundo, inclusive, no que se refere à educação permanente dos profissionais de enfermagem. Com o rápido avanço do vírus e, portanto, a necessidade de implementar medidas de distanciamento social, os processos tradicionais de capacitação foram profundamente impactados. Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar os efeitos da pandemia nos processos de ensino da equipe de educação permanente em enfermagem, explorando as mudanças necessárias para manter a formação contínua durante o período de crise. A revisão integrativa da literatura foi realizada em bases de dados online como PubMed, SciELO e Google Acadêmico, Revistas brasileiras científicas, destacando a adoção de ferramentas tecnológicas e interativas para garantir a eficácia dos treinamentos à distância. Além disso, foi observada a importância da colaboração interprofissional, assim como a introdução de novas abordagens para enfrentar a alta demanda nos hospitais e a sobrecarga de trabalho enfrentada pelos enfermeiros. A pandemia não só trouxe desafios, mas também oportunidades para inovação no ensino e treinamento da equipe de enfermagem, utilizando tecnologias emergentes, simulações virtuais e plataformas online. O estudo reforça a necessidade de adaptar os processos de educação permanente para garantir a qualificação contínua e eficaz dos profissionais, assegurando cuidados de qualidade mesmo em tempos de crise.pt_BR

dc.description.resumoThe COVID-19 pandemic, caused by SARS-CoV-2, has brought unprecedented challenges to the healthcare field around the world, including with regard to the continuing education of nursing professionals. With the fast virus spread and, therefore, the need to implement social distancing measures, traditional training processes have been profoundly impacted. This work aims to analyze the effects of the pandemic on the teaching processes of the continuing education team in nursing, exploring the changes necessary to maintain continuous training during the period of crisis. The integrative literature review was carried out in online databases such as PubMed, SciELO and Google Scholar, Brazilian scientific journals, highlighting the application of technological and interactive tools to ensure the effectiveness of distance training. Furthermore, the importance of interprofessional collaboration was noted, as well as the introduction of new approaches to address the high demand in hospitals and the work overload faced by nurses. The pandemic not only brought challenges, but also opportunities for innovation in teaching and training nursing staff, using emerging technologies, virtual simulations and online platforms. The study reinforces the need to adapt continuing education processes to guarantee the continuous and effective qualification of professionals, ensuring quality care even in times of crisis.pt_BR
